"Fall Out Boy, You're My Hero"

I’m a very emotional person. I think I cry every day, or at least there is the prickling feelings of tears in my eyes every day. Either things make me sad, or they make me happy, they even make me angry, and tears will come to my eyes.

It’s ridiculous how emotional I can be. I have a hard time writing about myself without being sad about the past.

Today at work I watched a YouTube video on the top 10 Fall Out Boy songs (here’s the link to the video: http://youtu.be/o7J00XsFx3Y). Now I admit, I haven’t really kept up with their newest music, and I wish I would have cared more to actually go see them in concert, but I love them, their music, their look, their image ( I’m making lots of lists today).

Fall Out Boy makes me feel better every time I listen to their music. Pete Wentz’ lyrics may not make sense every time, but Patrick Stump makes them work. I may not be able to pick out the specific beats Andy Hurley plays on the drums, but they are complemented with Joe Trohman’s guitar. They all help me go back to a time when I was happy, and didn’t have a million and a half things to worry about.

I wanted to do some funny word play with some of my favorite songs but I have no energy to think it out today. So I guess this is going to be a short blog post today.

Until next time – I’m Charlotte Carmichael, and thanks for reading!
